Richard Greth

Richie Greth has spent the majority of his life in construction. The son of a General Contractor, Richie has been involved in many construction areas throughout his life. In his career, Richie has been a site superintendent, a Project Manager for over $125M of commercial finish-out projects, a Development Manager on over 5M SF of industrial shell construction, and owned an acquisition and redevelopment business. Richie has vast experience in ground-up and interior finish-out construction, including medical facilities, retail, office, and industrial. A graduate of Texas Tech with a BA in Management, Richie joined GH in April of 2019 as VP of Business Development, fulfilling a decade-long desire to work for his favorite General Contractor and great friend, Greg Gordon. Richie’s role at Gordon Highlander is to promote and solidify key account relationships and to provide executive oversight and accountability during all phases of the project.
