Since joining Gordon Highlander in 2021, Cody has grown the company's Austin operations from a two-person startup into a thriving team of more than 40 employees. As Senior Vice President of the Austin Office, he oversees the P&L for all company projects across Texas south of Waco while leading the continued expansion of the region.
Under Cody's leadership, the Austin office has secured and is executing Gordon Highlander's largest project to date. He is committed to building high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, and delivering operational excellence that supports the company's continued success across Central Texas.
