Gavin Finley serves as Senior Vice President and East Region Leader for Gordon Highlander, overseeing the Jacksonville office and driving growth throughout the Southeast. With more than 15 years of experience, he has led the delivery of over 7 million square feet of industrial, logistics, manufacturing, aerospace, cold storage, and mission-critical facilities. Gavin is known for his expertise in design-build delivery, operational leadership, business development, and building strong client and trade partner relationships.
