Her experience spans administration, bid development, project management, and coordinating field teams and subcontractors, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business and the people who drive its success.
As Chief People & Culture Officer, Mandy is dedicated to preserving the mission and values that have shaped Gordon Highlander from the beginning.
