About The Al Biernat North Project
When the owner of the legendary Dallas steakhouse, Al Biernat’s, decided it was time to expand with a second location, they needed a partner who understood the importance of bringing a well-established brand to life in a new space. That’s where Gordon Highlander came in. We worked closely with the Al Biernat’s team to ensure every detail of the build aligned with their vision for excellence.
From the earliest phases of planning through final construction, Gordon Highlander provided thoughtful solutions to achieve the distinctive architectural features that define the space. A three-story atrium now serves as a dramatic focal point, flooding the entry with natural light and setting the tone for the guest experience. To the right, an expansive and lively bar area welcomes visitors with vibrant energy.
