The 56 acre site includes three industrial buildings totaling 525,000 square feet, featuring mass timber elements, enhanced landscaping, and prominent amenity placements. Designed with Class A standards in mind, the business park reflects strategic grading, selective heavy duty paving, and cost efficient design solutions to support long term marketability and leasing success.
