About The Fourco Development Project
Gordon Highlander completed the ground up construction of a 174,000 square foot tilt-wall facility in Burleson, TX, for Fourco Development. Originally designed as a speculative warehouse, the project evolved into a full build-to-suit distribution hub following its acquisition by a confidential client. The scope expanded to include tenant specific enhancements, such as a large scale racking system, office space, and a 20 foot retaining wall engineered to manage site grading and protect long-term structural integrity.
