About The Hajoca Project
To support Moore Supply Co.’s expansion in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Gordon Highlander was selected by CBRE to lead the ground up construction of a new facility. The Hajoca project delivered a 15,000 square foot pre-engineered metal warehouse, a 3,000 square foot office, and a front facing showroom and sales counter. Designed to connect with an existing building, the addition improves operational flow and supports both customer facing and warehouse functions.
