This comprehensive project includes an office fit-out, locker rooms, a secure access control room, and a state-of-the-art food-grade manufacturing facility designed to produce over 2.2 million pounds of fresh salads annually with minimal environmental impact. By utilizing innovative farming units that dramatically reduce water and land use, our team helped Infarm set a new standard for sustainable produce in Central Texas, contributing to the global shift towards more resilient food systems.
