Kyle 35 Logistics Park

Kyle 35 Logistics Park comprised five Class A Spec offices in the five warehouse buildings linked to the project. At 17,378sf, these office spaces are the initial experiences for employees and clients entering the buildings. Our team worked together to finish these beautifully impressive spaces well. As a result of an outstanding client experience, Gordon Highlander was also awarded the remainder of the project, which includes more than 1,370,000 square feet of warehouse space.
