About The Lear Project
Lear, a tier-1 supplier to the automotive manufacturing industry enlisted the help of Gordon Highlander to finish-out their 413,000sf manufacturing and distribution warehouse and office. This project involved full HVAC, 42 roof-top units, approximately 900 ft of air loop, three 500 KW diesel generators, 35 dock packages, and a 5,000 AMP electrical service upgrade.
