About The McKinley Packaging Project
Gordon Highlander completed the ground-up construction of McKinley Packaging’s new facility. The 506,000-square-foot tilt-wall plant includes 20,000 square feet of interior office space, 24 full dock packages, and a custom layout to support high-capacity box manufacturing operations. Built to suit, the facility features a 36-foot clear height, specialized foundations for heavy equipment, and rail access for efficient shipping and receiving.
