About The Ontrac Project
The Ontrac Lasership project is a 350,000 square foot design-build industrial warehouse in Dallas, TX. This facility is designed to streamline operations with 6,500 square feet of interior office space, including open and closed offices, a welcoming reception area, multiple breakrooms, conference rooms, a dispatch center, and newly installed restrooms. The expansive warehouse area has 60 dock packages, enhanced by exterior fencing, state-of-the-art warehouse lighting, concrete ramps for easy access, and automatic gates for security and efficiency.
Energy-efficient HVAC systems and advanced fire safety measures were also incorporated throughout the building to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
Additionally, the space is optimized with 12 high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans and automated material handling equipment (MHE) to support operational excellence. Our dedicated team worked closely with the client to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality control standards.
