Gordon Highlander established TT Electronics' new Plano, Texas, location, orchestrating the build-out of a 57,000-square-foot Class A office and microelectronics manufacturing facility. This first-generation shell build-out was meticulously designed to include sophisticated office environments and specialized lab spaces. The facility boasts a range of amenities, such as break rooms, a dedicated mother's room, a fully equipped kitchen, ample storage areas, and state-of-the-art lab spaces tailored to TT Electronics' innovative operations.

Throughout the project, we worked hand-in-hand with TT Electronics to ensure that all design needs were met efficiently and within budget. Our team adeptly managed the construction schedule by maintaining close communication with city officials, enabling an early move-in for the client.
