Gordon Highlander completed a comprehensive tenant improvement project for Siemens Real Estate, encompassing 91,000 square feet within an electrical gear/switchboard manufacturing plant. The warehouse upgrade introduced an automated conveyor system, ensuring efficient operations across the fully air-conditioned manufacturing and assembly areas alongside a robust production and distribution center. This project also transformed 18,000 square feet into high-end interior offices, featuring a unique customer experience room and various research and development labs tailored to foster innovation and client engagement.

One significant challenge was the necessity for Siemens to occupy the warehouse before receiving the final Certificate of Occupancy (CO). Through strategic collaboration with the client and city officials, we navigated this hurdle by implementing a phased completion schedule. This approach not only facilitated early occupancy of the warehouse but also underscored our adaptability and commitment to meeting client needs without compromising project timelines or quality.
