Challenge Manufacturing

When Challenge Manufacturing needed to expand their tier 1 automotive structure operation, they trusted Gordon Highlander to make it happen. This fully air-conditioned, design-build distribution center was a $5.8M investment for them as a supplier to the automotive industry. The project also included 12,000 sq. ft. of office space, consisting of four conference rooms, open telephone rooms, an expansive break room, and more.
