About The East 9th Street Apartments Project
At East 9th Street Apartments, CAP Multifamily’s development plans called for 32 residences across three floors, combining studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments. The 36,000-square-foot Dallas property offers a range of living configurations, with studios and one-bedroom residences making up most of the community.
Gordon Highlander provided ground-up construction for the project, with RE Architecture serving as architect. Gordon Highlander’s team included pre-construction, project management, and on-site supervision to support delivery of the development. The completed property brings CAP Multifamily’s residential plans to life at 417 E 9th Street, providing future residents with choices ranging from a studio to a two-bedroom home.
