About The Gateway Park Apartments & Townhomes Project
CAP Multifamily’s Gateway Park project brings together 40 residences in Dallas, with a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom townhome units. The four-story, 42,000-square-foot development provides several living configurations within one property, offering options for residents with different space needs.
Gordon Highlander’s role encompassed ground-up construction, with RE: Studio Architecture serving as the project architect. The scope brought the three residential formats together in a single development at 850 S. Ewing. For CAP Multifamily, Gateway Park adds a property with variety built into its residential offering, from compact studios to larger townhome units.
