CAP Multi-Family’s Correo Place Apartments brings 39 residences to 2220 Mail Avenue in Dallas. The four-story development turns the client’s plans for the site into a multifamily property, with Re Architecture serving as architect.
Gordon Highlander provided ground-up construction, supported by a team spanning preconstruction, project management, and on-site supervision. Known internally as the Mail Avenue project, Correo Place Apartments adds another residential development to CAP Multi-Family’s Dallas portfolio. The completed building provides 39 homes at a single location, establishing the physical foundation for the client’s residential offering.
