About The IntelliCentrics Project
This Class AA, first-generation space was completed for Intellicentrics, a healthcare technology and services firm. Their new 32,000sf headquarters covered the entire top floor of the Lakeside International Office Center. Among the various high-end finishes, some of the most notable were the many unique LED light fixtures, wood baffles, millwork pieces, and felt structures seen around every corner. This beautiful space included many private, and open huddle rooms, board rooms, and lounge areas. In the training room, there was a large folding partition that opened up to the main break room which included a stone waterfall counter and a moss wall.
