Gordon Highlander successfully spearheaded the construction of the MoboTrex Headquarters in Pflugerville, Texas, a comprehensive design-build project that now serves as the heart of the company's operations. The 104,000-square-foot facility manufactures traffic control equipment, such as traffic and pedestrian signals, control cabinets, monitoring systems, and intersection software. It features a distribution center, a fully air-conditioned warehouse, and 8,000 square feet of meticulously designed office space. This space accommodates private offices, a conference room, a café and break room, and restrooms, all tailored to enhance the work environment.
