Ontrac

The Ontrac Lasership project is a 350,000-square-foot design-build industrial warehouse in Dallas, TX. This facility is designed to streamline operations with 6,500 square feet of interior office space, including open and closed offices, a welcoming reception area, multiple breakrooms, conference rooms, a dispatch center, and newly installed restrooms. The expansive warehouse area has 60 dock packages, enhanced by exterior fencing, state-of-the-art warehouse lighting, concrete ramps for easy access, and automatic gates for security and efficiency. Additionally, the space is optimized with 12 high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fans and automated material handling equipment (MHE) to support operational excellence.
