Prairie Industries

Truvant, previously Prairie Industries, enlisted the help of Gordon Highlander to complete the first generation, phased build-out of their new Distribution Warehouse facility. This 335,541sf project included warehouse space, 17,000sf interior office space, and a 7,000sf breakroom. The team rose to the challenge of laying 10,000sf of conduit for particular cord drops for assembly line functioning, assisting the client with cost-saving engineering options, and adjusting the schedule to accommodate the installation of specialized commissioned manufacturing equipment. This was all accomplished with an accelerated schedule to meet a hard start date to begin production upon the arrival of our client's employees.
