Total Office Solutions, a family of companies delivering comprehensive services to the modern workplace, selected our team at Gordon Highlander to complete their Irving warehouse and office location. The 330,000sf space is a first-generation warehouse with many special features highlighting the unique aspects of the organization. These features include an expansive showroom and operations hub, high-end office finish-out, steel mezzanine, multiple monumental stairs, and floating conference rooms. The client requested an accelerated schedule, and our team delivered quality results. We are grateful to have been a part of the Total Office Solutions legacy.
