When Wiley X moved their operation from California to Texas, they chose Gordon Highlander as their general contractor to complete the building's finish-out. This 63,000sf first-generation design-build consisted of a warehouse and distribution facility suitable for this state-of-the-art producer of protective eyewear. This would include an assembly line, shipping and receiving spaces, multiple quality assurance and research areas, and development labs. In addition, the space features open office space with multiple conference rooms, private offices, a break room, and a full-service production studio. Our team was pleased to have helped Wiley X make a beautiful new home in Frisco, Texas.
